Signing in
You sign in with the staff email and password the office gave you. Forgot your password? Ask your administrator — there is no self-reset.
New Quote
This opens a blank quote calculator. For a real customer, start from their customer card instead (Chapter 4).
Customers
Your customer list — your CRM. Every customer has one card, and all their quotes live on it.
Resources
Product knowledge, warranty papers, the accessories gallery and downloads. Use it to answer customer questions.
Help
Window Master Academy — the chapters you are doing right now, plus quick answers and a cheat sheet.
HTR Assistant
