Step by step
Main quote and Alternatives
Double vs triple glass, or whole house vs part: these are Alternatives on the same card. The first quote is the Main quote.
Only the Main counts
Only the Main counts in your statistics and potential earnings. Alternatives show Alternative — not counted on the Dashboard.
Duplicate as alternative
The fastest way: on the Dashboard click Duplicate as alternative on a quote. You get a copy to change.
Make main
When the customer chooses, click Make main on that quote. The other alternatives are archived and stop counting.
Contract on an alternative
Generate a contract on a non-main quote and the app asks: This customer has other quotes. Confirm with Yes, make this the main quote.
After a contract
Once the Main has a contract, changing the Main needs admin approval.
Separate job — new PO
Tick Separate job — new PO when it is a different job for the same customer, like the garage next year. It gets its own PO and counts on its own.
